The University of Miami Law Review is now accepting early submissions via its Special Submission Track for Issue 3 of Volume 80, to be published in the spring of 2026. The general, non-expedited submission track for Issue 3 will open on Friday, August 1.
The Special Submission Track allows authors to submit their manuscripts, curriculum vitae (CV), and cover letter directly to our Senior Articles Editor, Quinten Smith, at UMLRSeniorArticlesEditor@law.miami.edu from July 28, 2025 until August 8, 2025. The selection committee guarantees a decision via email on every submission received through the Special Track no later than August 10, 2025. Authors who utilize the Special Submission Track agree to accept or decline any publication offer we may extend within 72 hours of receiving the offer.
